Harriet C. Rutan (1846-1927)

Harriet C. Rutan was born Jun 1, 1846 in Sussex County, New Jersey to Samuel Rutan (c1815-1869) and Sarah Adams (c1819-1883).

She married Albert L. Williams (1842-1922) on October 17, 1864 in Sussex County, New Jersey by Reverend John A. Rutan^[1].

Harriet died of complications from a fall that fractured her hip on November 2, 1927 in Wantage Township, Sussex County. She is buried in an unmarked grave with his wife and daughter Grace. Grace left money for her longtime boyfriend to erect a stone but either there wasn't enough money or he used it for other needs.
